While working on their debut EP, Youth Portal decided to take a break from it and work on an entirely new song. The song, ‘Whatever You Told Her’, took about two years to complete. The foundation of the song is based on the amalgamation of regretful actions, the loss of a loved one, and a general feeling of discontentment. To bring a much needed different perspective, they teamed up with the talented Shye to complete the song.
